1 16oz. box of macroni
3 Tblsp butter
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tzp dry mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
2 1/2 cups milk
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 lb velvetta cheese
1 cup smoked gouda cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella
Liquid smoke (3 Tblsp)
Paprika to taste

Preheat oven to 375
Precook pasta
In large pan melt butter over heat, stir in flour salt mustard and pepper until smooth take off heat.
Little by little, stir in milk until smooth. Stir constantly for 10 minutes on heat until thick; take off heat.
Stir in one and a half cups cheddar cheese Velveeta cheese smoked gouda and mozzarella cheese until melted add liquid smoke.
Stir in cooked macaroni, pour into greased casserole dish sprinkle paprika and cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes
