"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

Ingredients:
½ cup honey
½ cup light brown sugar
⅓ Cup balsamic vinegar
⅓ Cup soy sauce
1 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce (or your favorite hot sauce)

Fresh cilantro, for garnishing
Sesame seeds, for garnishing

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, combine honey, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, Sriracha sauce, and black pepper, to taste. Bring sauce to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, until sugar dissolves and sauce begins to thicken. Remove from heat and cool for a few minutes. Spray the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray and place the chicken inside. Pour sauce over chicken and stir to coat chicken. Cover and cook on high 4 hours or on low 6 to 8 hours until chicken registers internal temperature of 165 degrees F. on meat thermometer. When finished, remove chicken and place on a plate. In a small bowl, mix together cornstarch and water, and pour into the slow cooker with leftover sauce. Mix together well, place chicken back into the slow cooker, and let cook about 10 minutes on high heat, or until the sauce starts to thicken up. Just before serving, sprinkle with torn cilantro leaves and sesame seeds. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
