1 c. margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. oil
1 egg
2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. coconut
1 c. rice krispies

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugars and margarine, add egg, oil and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients. Add oat meal, coconut and rice krispies.
Drop by teaspoons on to ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes in 350º oven.
Let sit for about one minute before removing from cookie sheets, otherwise they will fall apart.
