2/3 C. Olive Oil
Dash Salt
Dash Sugar
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
1/4 tsp. dried tarragon
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Juice from 1/2 a large lemon
1 to 2 cloves garlic
Dash red Wine Vinegar
1" squeeze anchovy paste

With a hand blender, slowly blend Oil and Egg until the mixture becomes thick
Add all other ingredients except the lemon, vinegar and garlic, mix well
Slowly add lemon juice and continue to blend
Add garlic and red wine vinegar and continue to mix.
