5 lb's fresh pork butt, bone-in
1/4 to 1/2 cup dry rub
2 to 3 cups barbecue sauce

Dry BBQ Rub
6 Tbsps sugar
2 Tbsps brown sugar
4 Tbsps salt
4 Tbsps ground cumin
4 Tbsps chili powder
4 Tbsps coarse grind blak pepper
8 Tbsps Paprika
1 tsp cayenne

Mix dry rub ingredients and store in covered container. .
Preheat oven to 275ºF.
Trim roast of any visible fat. Evenly sprinkle the spice rub unto the pork. Do not rub in.
Place pork in a baking pan with sides and cover it with foil. Slow roast 12 hours or until the meat is falling off the bone.
Allow meat to cool so you can handle it. Shred the meat off the bone with your fingers, putting it into a bowl and discarding any fat. Mix with BBQ sauce. Serve on a dinner plate,white bread or a diinner roll
