1 c butter or margarine softened
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 c flour
1 c finely chopped pecans
Confectioners sugar

Directions:
Cream butter, sugar, vanilla until light and fluffy.
Gradually add flour. Stir in pecans
Shape rounding teaspoonful of dough unit 2 1/2 inch logs and shape into crescent.
Place 1" apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325º for 20 -22 minutes until bottoms are lightly browned. Let stand for 2-3 minutes before removing from cookie sheet. Dust with confectioner sugar.
