1 1/2 lbs. frozen Alaskan king crab legs
2 cans (8oz. each) small shrimp
1 head bibb lettuce
2-4 hard boiled eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
capers to taste
1 bunch scallions
2 avocados

Directions:
Directions:
Boil frozen crabs legs five minutes, remove from water and drain. Let cool 15 minutes, then remove meat from shells and pat meat dry with paper towels. Drain and chill shrimp according to directions on cans.
Line serving platter with lettuce. Arrange crab, shrimp, eggs, tomatoes, capers and several scallions attractively on lettuce. Peel acvocadoes and cut each in half. Arrange halves on platter. Serve Mustard Mayonnaise and Seafood Salad dressing on the side.
