6 C. Basmati Rice, rinsed
4 Bay Leaves
1 C. Soybean oil
1/2 C. Cilantro, chopped
1/2 C. Lime juice
1 Tbs. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice in a rice cooker according to instructions with rice cooker.
Add Bay leaves before cooking.

When done, add soybean oil and let sit for a few minutes.

Place in a metal bowl, add salt, cilantro and lime juice.
Fold with spatula and serve.
