1 lb. Hot sausage
2 Tbs. Garlic, minced
1 White onion, chopped
1 carton Chicken broth
1 lb. Red skin potatoes, washed and cubed
3 strips bacon, cut into pieces and cooked crisp
1 1/4 C. Half & half cream
1/3 bunch Kale, washed and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the sausage, garlic and onions.
Drain.
Add broth and potatoes.
Simmer until potatoes are done. (approx. an hour)
Add bacon, half & half and kale.
Simmer for 10 minutes and serve.
