1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup water

1 14 oz can condensed milk
14 oz whole milk (fill empty condensed can)
4 Whole Eggs
1 Tbsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*
In an aluminium or ss bowl, combine sugar and water
Place on hot stove top burner, melt sugar into water and bring to amber color.
Remove from heat and "roll" the sugar on the sides of the pan until coated. Set aside.

In a blender, combine the condensed milk, whole milk, eggs and vanilla.
Blend on high until frothy

Pour milk mixture in pan on top of caramelized sugar

Cover tightly with foil,place in a water bath.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 min. Let cool completely (best made day before you eat it)
Refrigerate until completely cold.

To Serve: carefully invert on a serving plate with edges
