One package fresh basil leaves
4 small cloves garlic
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 pound lean ground pork
1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper with herb seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
1. Finally chopped basil with garlic. To make aioli, in small bowl, mix 2 teaspoons of the basil mixture with mayonnaise, pepper, and lemon zest until blended. Cover and refrigerate well making pork patties.
2. In medium bowl, mix remaining basil mixture with pork and lemon- pepper seasoning; shape into patties, about 1/2 inch thick
3. Heat 10 inch non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook patties in skillet 10 to 12 minutes, turning once, until no longer pink in center and thermometer reads 160°F. Serve patties topped with aioli.
