1 8 oz package any flavor jello that would go well with pineapple
2 cups boiling water
1 can CRUSHED pineapple (drained, reserve juice)
1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Mix jello with the boiling water till jello is absorbed
Mix reserved pineapple juice into jello
Refrigerate just until set
Meanwhile mix crushed pineapple and cream cheese together till well blended
After jello is just set remove from refrigerator and mix in the cream cheese mixture till it is well blended.
Pour into a mold or leave in the bowl and refrigerate till set

One of our family favorites it is served at every gathering. We serve it with the main meal for something light and refreshing but some of our guests prefer to have it as dessert. Either way it sure is good.
