2 1/2-3 pounds of chuck roast
Flour, salt & pepper
1 pound of carrots cut into pieces
4-5 potatoes cut up in bite size pieces
2 stalks celery cut in pieces
2 onions quartered
2 bay leaves (leave whole)
2 cans of Golden Mushroom Soup (Campbell's)
1 can of tomatoe soup
2 soup cans of water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chuck roast in to pieces.
Mix some flour, salt and pepper together in a zip lock bag. Shake the cut chuck in the flour to coat. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and when hot put the floured chuck roast pieces in the hot oil to brown on all sides.
In a crockpot or large pan, put the carrots, potatoes, onions, celery, bay leaves and browned beef. Pour the 3 cans of soup over top along with the water.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover cook in the oven 2 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
If using a crock pot, cover and cook on high 7 hours.
Remove bay leaves before serving.
