1 cup butter, soft
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
dash of cinnamon
1 pkg. cinnamon baking chips from The Dutch Cupboard

Icing:
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup Crisco
1-1/4 cups powdered sugar
1 tbsp. milk
3/4 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, salt and dash of cinnamon, gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Fold in cinnamon chips.

Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2" apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks to cool.

Beat icing ingredients 2 minutes until really creamy. Spread over cooled cookies.
