3 quarts water
1 c. wheat berries
1/2 c. molasses
5 tsp. yeast
1/3 c. oil
3 tsp. salt
3 c. each whole wheat flour and all purpose flour
Raisins or dates or fruit cake mix or walnuts or sunflower seeds
Sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Boil wheat and two quarts water until wheat is tender, about 45 minutes or so. Cool mixture and add enough water to equal one quart. Add yeast and molasses. Proof (stir and dissolve year completely). Add oil and salt. Add whole wheat flour; Add nuts and fruit (however much looks right or you desire. Mix in enough all-purpose flour to make a good fairly sticky dough. Knead and let rise until double; deflate (punch down). Divide into 4 loaves. Roll in sesame seeds. Let rise in greased and floured baking pans until nearly double. Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes.
