1 lb piece of orange roughy
2 tbsp of butter
Italian bread crumbs
Greated Parmesan cheese to taste
garlic salt to taste

Directions:

Baste the fish with melted butter

Mix bread crumbs, parmesan and garlic salt
3.
Place on foiled lined cookie sheet and back at 425º for 12-15 min or until flaky
