1 pound country style boneless pork ribs
1 T olive oil
1 cup barbecue sauce (we like Saz's or Baby Ray's)
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Trim any fat off the spareribs, saute on all sides to brown. Transfer to crock pot. Mix barbecue sauce and pineapple, pour over spareribs. Cover and cook on low for 4 - 6 hours or until tender.
