1 c. butter
2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
2 tsp vanilla flavoring
1 cup of pecans or walnuts chopped
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp salt
4 eggs (save 2 egg whites)
2 tsp baking soda
Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream together the butter and sugar then
Add the other ingredients except for the
brown sugar and nuts.

2. Pour into a 9x 12 cake pan greased pan.

3. Sprinkle the nuts on top.

4. Beat egg whites and Brown sugar together then pour over
the nuts.

5. Let cool in pan. Cut into squares and have coffee with this
yummy cake.
