Ingredients:  
4 vine ripened tomatoes, chopped and seeded
1 can chopped pineapple with juice (fresh is even better)
1 small can corn kernels (or 2 cups fresh)
1/2 cup red onion (diced)
1/2 - 1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped (according to taste)
1 medium jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
1 mango, diced (optional)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes to let tastes meld. Stir occasionally.
