1 lb ground beef
1 large chopped onion
1 pkg Hidden Valley Dressing mix
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 can pinto beans
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can original *Ro-tel tomatoes
1 qt tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
* In a Dutch Oven: brown & drain ground beef & onion.

* Stir in dressing mix & taco seasoning.

* Without draining, add all other ingredients.

* Simmer for about an hour.

* Ro-tel makes a mild tomato if you're not up for HOT!

* Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese, salsa, tortilla chips & flour tortillas.

When Marty, Susan & I turned 13, Grandma let us have a slumber party at her house. It was her stamp of approval that we were becoming young ladies. We were able to plan the menu & sleep upstairs with our girlfriends. We thought we were hot stuff! Grandma Wright was the best!~Beth
