1 lb. pasta, cooked and drained (use tri-color pasta for a pretty salad)
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
Italian dressing
Parmesan cheese (optional)
ripe olives (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pasta, vegetables, olives (if desired), and dressing and chill overnight. Sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.
