100 g de Maïzena
3 cuil. à soupe de crème fraîche
6 œufs
250 g de sucre
90 cl de lait
vanille (facultatif)

Directions:
Directions:
Dans une casserole, faire chauffer le lait, la crème et la vanille.
Mélanger le reste des ingrédients dans un saladier.
Ajouter le lait chaud dans le saladier puis remettre le tout dans la casserole et faire épaissir à feu doux.
Quand le mélange à épaissi, verser dans un moule beurré et mettre au four à 180ºC (350ºF) pour 30 mn. Le flan doit être doré.
