1 lb. pkg shredded cabbage
1 tbs. finely chopped onion
1/4 cup green pepper, finely chopped (optional)
1/2 cup to 1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tbs. sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cabbage, onion, and green pepper in a bowl and mix well. Combine mayonnaise and seasonings in a separate bowl, whisk until sugar is dissolved. Pour over cabbage and mix well. Chill, covered for at least one hour before serving.
