1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen baby peas
2 cups cooked chicken, cut into 1/2 inch pieces or 1 can cooked chicken
3 oz. American cheese, cut into 1/4 inch pieces
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw peas to room temperature. Mix chicken, cheese, mayonnaise, and peas. Serve on lettuce leaves. Better if refrigerated for awhile.
