2 Cups cooked brown rice
2 Cups cooked shrimp
4 Tbs. minced onion
1 can (8 1/2 oz) green peas, undrained
Black pepper to taste
1 1/2 teasp. Worchestershire sauce
1 package (1 3/8 oz.) green onion dip mix
1 cup mayo
1 cup herb-flavored stuffing mix
4 Tbs. melted margarine

Directions:
Combine all ingreds. except dressing and margarine. Spoon into two quart casserole. Mex stuffing with melted margarine. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly and brown.
