3 cups of cooked polenta
1/2 cup Marscapone cheese
1/2 cup of Parmesan or Romano cheese

Cook your polenta and place into a bowl add both the cheeses and incorporate until smooth and creamy.

Serving suggestion #1;

Just serve the polenta as is and garnish to your desire.

Serving suggestion #2, fried polenta;

Place the polenta mixture into a nonstick baking pan about three quarters of an inch deep and let cool until firm. Cut your polenta into squares or triangles and fry in olive oil until golden brown. Remove and let drain on a rack or paper towel. Yum!
