Brisket 3 lbs. or more * Brisket 8 lbs. or more **
1 large white Onion 2 large White Onions
¼ cup Heinz Chili Sauce ½ cup Heinz Chili Sauce
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar 4 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 clove (section) Garlic 2 cloves (sections) Garlic
12 oz. beer 24 oz beer
Salt & Pepper Salt & Pepper
Foil Foil







Directions:
Directions:
*3 lbs or more – Cook covered @ 350 degrees for 3 hours
Cook uncovered for 30 more minutes

**8 lbs or more – Cook covered @ 350 degrees for 4 hours
Cook uncovered for 30 more minutes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place brisket in a pan
Salt & pepper to taste
Slice the onion and place slices on top of brisket
Combine: Chili Sauce, brown sugar, garlic & beer (Pour over brisket)
Cover with foil (seal foil to pan)
Cook covered for 3 hours
Cook uncovered for 30 more minutes
Take out of oven and cool for 20 minutes
Slice brisket against the grain for added tenderness

Place sliced beef in a glass dish – Baste with Sauce made from 1/2 Juice from the brisket and ½ Bar B Q Sauce

Can make a day before serving
