4 eggs
2/3 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup water
1 box white cake mix
1 small box lemon Jello
2 cups powered sugar
1/3 cup lemon juice, fresh squeezed preferred

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Beat eggs. Mix vegetable oil into beaten eggs. Mix water into
eggs and oil. Mix white cake mix into eggs, oil and water. Mix Jello into cake
mixture. Bake for 25 minutes or done, (hint; flat sheet style cake is easiest to
glaze). Let cool for 10 minutes and then poke liberally with a toothpick. Mix
powdered sugar with lemon juice. Pour glaze over cake and let sit for an hour.
