• 1 ˝ cups “Dahl Family Farm” cream
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup white rice (not instant)
• ˝ cup raisins
• ˝ tsp. baking powder
• 2 eggs
• 1 small can crushed pineapple
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 tsp. cinnamon (reserved for topping)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil rice until soft, then drain. Combine all ingredients (except cinnamon). Add mixture to 9x13 cake pan. Sprinkle top with cinnamon. Bake at 350°F for about 1 hour until golden brown. Cool and serve.

Long before we were married, mom would always insist on going out to the "Dahl Family Farm" to pick up cream and eggs for baking... We miss her!
