1/2 lb. butter, softened
1 8 oz. cream cheese
2 cups flour
powdered sugar
Apricot preserves
Directions:
Directions:
Cream the butter with the cream cheese. Add the flour until well mixed. Roll into little balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll balls in powdered sugar and place in mini muffin tins and shape into cups. Add tsp. of apricot filling.
Bake 400º for 20 minutes.
