Ingredients:  
1 1/2c. unbleached, all-purpose flour
1 1/2 T. shortening/butter
3/4 c. broth (chicken or beef)
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt shortening/butter with broth. Mix salt and flour. Pour broth mixture over flour mixture and mix together. Knead and roll out thin on lightly floured surface. Cut and cook in broth for about 30 minutes
