2 weetbix - crushed
1 cup SR flour
1 cup sultanas
1 cup coconut
1 tbsp cocoa
170gm butter (melted)

Icing:
1 cup icing sugar
1 tbsp boiling water
1 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp butter
Directions:
Directions:
Base:
Mix all ingredients together
Cook at 170ºc for 15 minutes. Allow to cool slightly, then ice with chocolate icing.

Icing:
Mix cocoa with boiling water. Add melted butter and sifted icing sugar. Beat well. Warm slightly.
