1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. coconut oil
3/4 c. raw sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanut butter
3 1/2 c. flour (soft white)
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, coconut oil, raw sugar, brown sugar eggs and vanilla. Stir in peanut butter. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt and add to creamed mixture. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet. Press with a floured fork to make criss-cross. Bake at 350º for about 10 minutes.
