1/2 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce (1/2 cup)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano
FILLING:
1 1/3 cup Minute Rice
1 1/2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce (1 1/2 cup)
1 cup water
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first six ingredients and mix well. Pat meat mixture into bottom and up sides of a greased 9 inch pie plate. Set aside.

Combine Minute Rice, tomato sauce, salt, water and 1/4 cup cheese. Spoon rice mixture into meat shell. Cover with foil. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered for 10 - 15 minutes.
