4-5 eggs beaten
1 cup sour cream
1 pkg. Jello instant Pistachio pudding mix
1/2 cup Wesson or Planter's Peanut oil
2 Tablespoons almonds extract
1 pkg. (2 layer size) yellow cake mix Duncan Hines WITHOUT pudding mix

Separately Combine
1/2 cup sugar
1 Teaspoon cinnamon
1&1/2 cups finely chopped Pistachio nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and mix all 6 first ingredients, beat @ med. speed for 2 min
Pour 1/2 of the batter into a greased & floured bunt or tube pan
Sprinkle with 1/2 of the sugar mixture
Repeat layers and top with remaining batter
Bake until cake springs back when lightly touched about 50 min
Cool 15 min. before removing from pan
