1 White Cake Box Mix
4 Eggs
1 Box Strawberry Jello
1/2 C. Hot Water
1/4 C. Mazola Oil
1/2 C. Crushed Strawberries

Frosting:
1 Pkg. Cream Cheese, Softened
2 Sticks Butter, Softened
1 tsp. Vanilla
4 C. Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Combine all ingredients until well mixed. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until passes toothpick test. Cool completely and frost.

Frosting: Combine softened cream cheese & butter with mixer. Add vanilla & combine. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing after each addition. Beat until smooth and creamy.

*May add a bit of red food coloring to frosting for desired color.
*For cupcakes reduce baking time to between 12 - 15 minutes.
