5lbs. potatoes
12 hard boiled eggs
1 med. onion chopped fine
2 c. celery chopped
1 can evaporated milk (Grama's secret to not having dry salad)
3 c miricle whip
2 T sugar
salt & pepper to taste
2 T mustard

Directions:
Boil potatoes with skin on. (Grama's hint for better flavor and easier to peel) Peel and cut potatoes into pieces. Peel and chop hard boiled eggs. In a large bowl add all chopped and cut items. In a 4 cup measuring cup add Miricle whip, canned milk, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix until smooth. Mix all ingredients together in a very large bowl. Best if salad can set over night for flavors to meld together. Enjoy!
