1 pound lean ground beef
1/4 pound sausage
1/2 pound ground pork
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
3 Tbsp chili sauce
1/2 cup cream
Onion, chopped
1 egg
1 tsp salt
Pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream and chili sauce with breadcrumbs. Let stand while you chop the onion. Mix all ingredients together and shape into a loaf. Bake in a greased pan for 2 hours at 350º. Rub a little butter over the top at the beginning of baking, and baste the meatloaf frequently with cream.
