1/4 frozen banana (2 - 3 small chunks)
1/4 cup rolled oats
3 large or 5 small dates, pitted (around 1/4 cup)
1/3 cup vanilla almond milk
3 - 4 frozen almond milk cubes
2 Tbsp. raw almonds (optional)*
pinch of salt
1 Scoop of Vanilla Complete

Place all ingredients into any standard blender and blend until smooth. This smoothie can be made in advance and stored in the fridge for extra thickness and creaminess!
