Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lbs pork cut into 1 1/2 " cubes
14 4" skewers (I used regular ones and doubled it and broke it in half)
Black pepper
Lawry's season salt
4 eggs
3 T milk
2 c Italian seasoned bread crumbs
2 c water
2 c oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Put 3 cubes on each skewer. Sprinkle with pepper and season salt.

Whisk milk and eggs in a bowl. Place bread crumbs in another bowl. Pour 2 c water into a 9x14 baking dish with a wire rack. Set aside

Preheat over to 350. Heat oil in a deep fryer or saucepan too 350.

Dip each skewer into egg mixture, then dip in bread crumbs; dip the skewers a second time in the egg and then crumbs. Fry a few at a time until the coating is crisp and brown, about 3 minutes per side. Set the skewers on the wire rack in the baking dish. Cover tightly with foil.

Carefully place baking dish into preheated oven and bake about 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 minutes more to dry out the crumb coating. Serve hot
