1 cup soft margarine
1 cup of sugar
1 large egg
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
2 3/4 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400
Cream butter, sugar with a mixer. Beat in egg and vanilla, add baking powder then flour 1 cup at a time.
Mix last cup of flour by hand as it will be stiff. If dough gets too stiff add a tsp of water. Divide dough into 2 balls. Flour cookie cutters

Icing: powder sugar / milk, a little bit of vanilla mix with a beater
