24 large jalapeņo peppers halved and seeded
1 cup Parmesan cheese
8 oz. cream cheese softened
1 lb of pork sausage (half hot/half mild)

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet cook sausage over med heat until no longer pink, drain and cool.
In small bowl combine creamed cheese and Parmesan cheese, fold in sausage.
fill each pepper half. Place in shallow baking dish and bake uncovered at 425 for 15 to 20 mindsets or until filling is lightly browned and bubbly.
