1 lemon cake mix
1 teaspoon lemon extract
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
3 oz. of lemon jello
1 cup water

Frosting:
2 lemons, juiced
2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil cup of water. Stir together dry cake mix and jello and then stir or beat in water. Add oil, eggs, and lemon extract, mix. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. To make frosting, beat together lemon juice and powdered sugar. When cake is done, poke holes and drizzle frosting on top of cake.
