2 eggs
4 T. vinegar
4 T. sugar
2 lbs. Velveeta (cut in chunks)
Medium jar of pimentos

Directions:
Directions:
On stove top whisk together 2 whole eggs, vinegar and sugar.
Add Velveeta and and pimentos with liquid.
Cook over low heat until thick.
Remove from heat and add 4 T. Miracle Whip until spreadable consistency.
Put in jars and cool.
Refrigerate.
