2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 lb. chopped black walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and eggs and mix well. Sift dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Stir in nuts. Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheet. Bake in moderate oven, 375º for about 12 minutes. Remove from pan while warm.
