Ingredients:  
1 lb. hamburger or turkeyburger, browned and drained
Small onion, chopped
1 can red kidney beans, drained
1 small can tomato sauce, approx. 1 C.
1 jar cheese dip or can cheese soup
1/2 can refried bean, approx. 1 C.
2 carrots, diced
1/2 C. chopped green pepper
1 T. cumin
1 T. chicken base
Salt, Pepper, Cayenne Pepper to taste
Jalepenos optional

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in pot and cover with 2 C. water. Simmer for 1 hour until slightly thickened.

Top with crushed tortilla chips and shredded cheese if you wish.
