1 cup milk or buttermilk
2 eggs
3/4 cup whole wheat kernels
2 tablespoons honey or sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
4 tablespoons oil

Directions:
Directions:
Pour milk into blender. Add wheat kernels and blend on high for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and continue to blend for an additional 10 minutes. If the batter is too thin allow it to sit for about 10 minutes to thicken. Cook pancakes as usual and serve with 100% maple syrup.
