Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1/3 cup half and half
3/4 tsp. yellow mustard
1 tsp. French dressing
2 tsp. sugar
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped finely
4 cups of boiled potatoes
Paprika to top off

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dice potatoes and combined with chopped boiled eggs.

2. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Mix miracle whip, half and half, French dressing, sugar and mustard together in a separate bowl.

4. Add half of the sauce mixture to the potatoes and eggs. Mix thoroughly.

5. Continue to add more of the sauce until you reach the consistency you would like - I usually add all of the sauce. It will get "soaked" up into the potatoes over time and I like it to be more "saucy" than "dry". Season to taste.

6. Top with paprika.

Personal Notes:
This recipe is a Doupnik favorite. It is a little tricky, because over the years we have mastered this recipe by "taste" and not by measurements. It should be a little sweet and a little "saucy". This is not a dry potato salad. You may have to do what we have done...add a little more of this and a little more of that to have it the way you like.
