Ingredients:  
2 ears of corn grilled, cooled, and cut from the cob (can use more corn)
diced sweet onion.(white or red)
2 small avocado in chunks (not quite bite size)
chopped fresh cilantro 1/4-1/3 c or adjust for dried

Dressing (prepare first so the flavors mix well)
2T lime juice (an option is lemon juice)
2T olive oil
1/4 t salt
1/8 t pepper
1 T sugar

Directions:

Mix salad ingredients well.
Mix dressing ingredients well. Then mix well just before tossing in the salad. Taste and if you prefer add more salt or pepper.
