20 fresh Jalapeno Peppers
1 brick Cream Cheese
1 lb Spicy Medium Sausage
1/2 C Shredded Parmesan
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Bring cream cheese to room temperature or soften.
Crumble and fry sausage and drain.
Using hands, combine sausage and cream cheese.
Cut peppers long ways and remove seeds
Stuff peppers and place in baking dish.
Sprinkle parmesan on top.
Bake around 20 minutes or until peppers are soft.
